HomeOps exists to bring clarity and connection to the world of homeownership.
We’re a team of driven, mission-led builders tackling one of the largest, most overlooked challenges of modern life — how homes are managed, valued, and protected.
Our culture blends discipline with imagination. We move fast, think long-term, and build with purpose.
Clarity. Connection. Stewardship.

Kino Belden is the Founder & CEO of HomeOps, a home-data and homeowner enablement company built to Move Home Forward. A full-time operator and community-builder, he is focused on turning fragmented home information into a single, trusted HomeOps Digital Passport™ that makes owning, maintaining, and improving a home radically simpler.
Kino has spent a decade as a top-producing real estate professional in the Pacific Northwest, leading the Ohana Brokers recognized by The Seattle Times as the Best Real Estate Team in the PNW in both 2024 and 2025. His track record spans every side of the transaction—top producer, top listing agent, top buyer’s agent, and one of the region’s most highly reviewed advisors—giving him a 360° view of how homes really live over time, not just how they sell.
Kino brings a coach’s mindset to the HomeOps culture: clear standards, honest feedback, and compounding small wins. Away from the company, he’s deeply involved in local youth sports and ‘ohana—grounding an enterprise scale vision in real neighborhoods, real homeowners, and real-world trust.

Andrés Ordonez is the Founding Engineer at HomeOps, responsible for translating the HomeOPs digital passport vision into a secure, scalable platform. He leads architecture, data infrastructure, and product implementation with an operator’s mindset—favoring reliability, clarity, and shipping real value over hype.
